We’re proud of our staff team and we’re committed to Green Alliance being a healthy and rewarding place to work. We offer the following benefits to all our team:

  • 25 days annual leave, plus an additional three days between Christmas and New Year when our office closes.
  • Auto-enrolment pension with Aviva. Green Alliance contributes up to 7.5% of gross salary.
  • Flexible working. We support hybrid working with staff expected to be in the office for two days a week. We provide equipment for working from home where needed. Staff have flexibility to choose their working hours around core hours, and many work compressed hours. We are open to job shares and other forms of flexible working.

    Our yearly staff away day at Bore Place in Kent is an opportunity to step away from the daily routine, connect as a team, and recharge. We reflect (on our strategy) and focus on building stronger relationships and promoting wellbeing through engaging fun activities and workshops.

    We believe that taking time to reflect, collaborate, and celebrate our successes outside the usual work environment is key to a healthy, motivated team. Our away days are designed to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and more connected to our shared goals.
